Sorry to get all latin on you there.  I need a name to describe the bits of life I have been recording and collecting.  Everyday things seems to carry an implicit negative value judgement, which is not my intention at all.  After all, aren't the things that make life worth living mostly ordinary?  So, after consulting with a classicist-philosopher, I have settled on the construction quotidianalia as a more obscure but less implicitly judgmental name for them.  I use this term broadly.  Sometimes quotidianalia is a sort of storytelling, sometimes it only hints at a story.
